COURSE CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
At ThinkBuild Foundry, we invest in instructors, equipment, software licenses, curriculum materials, and classroom preparation before each course begins. To ensure fairness to all families, the following refund policy applies to all classes, camps, workshops, and educational programs.
Cancellation Before the Course Begins
- Cancellation 14 or more days before the course start date: Full refund, less a $25 administrative fee.
- Cancellation 7–13 days before the course start date: 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the course start date: No refund.
After the Course Begins
- Withdrawal during the first class session: 50% refund of tuition paid.
- Withdrawal after the first class session: No refund.
Summer Camps
Due to limited enrollment and staffing commitments:
- Cancellation 14 or more days before camp begins: Full refund, less a $25 administrative fee.
- Cancellation less than 14 days before camp begins: No refund.
Missed Classes
No refunds, credits, or make-up sessions will be provided for missed classes due to student absence, illness, vacations, scheduling conflicts, or other personal reasons.
Course Transfers
Students may request to transfer to another available course or camp up to 7 days before the start date. Transfers are subject to availability and approval by ThinkBuild Foundry.
Course Cancellation by ThinkBuild Foundry
If ThinkBuild Foundry cancels a course for any reason, families will receive either:
- A full refund, or
- A credit toward a future course of equal value.
Emergency Exceptions
Refund requests due to serious illness, injury, family emergency, or other extraordinary circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of ThinkBuild Foundry.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
By registering for a course, camp, workshop, or program, the parent/guardian acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
